You send me your receipts / invoices / statements and any other financial records. I then prepare your accounts and email these back to you with queries/for approval.

Annual Accounts & Tax Returns
Sole Traders £250 to £400
Partnerships or 1 employee £350 to £600
Limited Companies £350 to £800
Tax Returns inc.simple accounts £150
Tax Returns £75
   

VAT Returns
Quarterly VAT returns £150 to £350
Includes bookkeeping  
   

Charities (with income < £100k)
Accounts preparation            £150 - £350
Independent Examination £100 - £200
   

Monthly Bookkeeping & Credit Control
Between £150 and £450 per month
Additional charge for printing, postage and stationery for preparation of customer statements.
Includes credit control and when necessary, Small Claims Court Action (Court fee an additional cost)
 

Additional Services
Business Plans £250.00
Cash flow Forecasts £125.00
Collection and drop off service £1/mile
Consultancy £35 per hour (plus mileage @ 40p per mile)
Training £30 per hour (plus mileage @ 40p per mile)
   

Payroll Services (Provided on Request, but typically:)

1 Monthly paid employee £69 + vat per year
3 Monthly paid employees £110 + vat per year
   
1 Weekly paid employee £319 + vat per year
3 Weekly paid employee £481 + vat per year
Includes setup, payslips inc. Postage, P60’s and the on-line submission of the P35.
Discounts available for large and/or uncomplicated payrolls.
